Если цифра в PnL разошлась с биржей, напишите прямо из приложения: «Настройки → Написать о проблеме». / If a number doesn't match your exchange, write to us right from the app: “Settings → Chat about a problem”.
Чем помочь.
PnL - трекер портфеля трейдера: биржи, кошельки и стейкинг одной суммой. Приложение работает только на чтение и не может торговать или выводить средства.
Часто ответ уже есть на экране «Настройки → Данные → Сверка данных»: вверху видно, что сошлось с Binance и Bybit, что ещё проверяется и что сверить нечем. Первый сбор истории Binance идёт в фоне и может занять до часа: пока он идёт, приложение показывает, какие монеты ещё уточняются. Остаток монеты на Binance расходится с историей сделок из-за перевода, которого биржа не показала? Отметьте его там же одной кнопкой: это запись в учёте приложения, на бирже ничего не происходит, цена входа и прошлый результат не меняются.
Вопрос, ошибка или расхождение цифр с биржей? Быстрее всего - «Написать о проблеме» в Настройках приложения: выберите, где и что не так, и при желании приложите обезличенный отчёт. Можно и на почту, со скриншотом экрана «Настройки → Данные → Сверка данных»: там видно, какая площадка что ответила.

PnL is a trader's portfolio tracker: exchanges, wallets and staking as a single number. The app is read-only and cannot trade or withdraw funds.
Often the answer is already on the “Settings → Data → Data check” screen: the top shows what matched Binance and Bybit, what is still being checked and what has nothing to check against. The first Binance history collection runs in the background and can take up to an hour; until it’s done, the app shows which coins are still being verified. A coin balance on Binance doesn’t match your trade history because of a transfer the exchange didn’t report? Mark it there with one button: it is a bookkeeping note inside the app, nothing happens on the exchange, and the entry price and past results stay the same.
Questions, bugs, or numbers that disagree with your exchange? The fastest way is Chat about a problem in the app’s Settings: pick where and what’s wrong, and attach an anonymized report if you like. You can also email us with a screenshot of “Settings → Data → Data check”: it shows what each venue replied.
